FvrBox™ provides a secure digital environment where users can:
Create one or more personalized digital memory boxes (“FvrBoxes”)
Upload photos, videos, audio messages, letters, and other content
Assign recipients who may access the FvrBox at a reveal date set by the user
Store and safeguard memories using encrypted infrastructure hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
FvrBox™ is a digital legacy platform — it does not offer physical products.
To use FvrBox™, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
Provide accurate and complete registration information
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity under your account
Notifying FvrBox™ immediately of unauthorized access
FvrBox™ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your FvrBoxes.
By using the Service, you grant FvrBox™ a limited, non-exclusive license to:
Store, encrypt, and maintain your content
Deliver your FvrBox content to the recipients you have chosen
Display and process your content solely for the functioning of the platform
FvrBox™ does not sell or use your content for advertising.
Paid Plans: FvrBox™ offers free and paid plans with different features and storage levels.
Authorization: By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize FvrBox™ to charge recurring subscription fees until canceled.
Renewal & Cancellation:
Subscriptions renew automatically.
You may cancel anytime through your account settings.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Billing Changes: Pricing may change over time; existing subscribers will be informed before changes apply.
Restricted Access on Payment Failure:
If payment fails, storage or uploads may be restricted until billing is updated, but your content will not be deleted solely due to billing issues. (New)
FvrBox™ is designed for personal and intentional memory storage — not general file backup or high-volume media hosting.
Fair Use: Paid plans include generous storage. Most users will not encounter limits under normal use.
However, if usage patterns indicate unusually high activity — such as automated uploads, bulk distribution, or excessive streaming — FvrBox™ reserves the right to apply reasonable safeguards.
Safeguards may include temporary limits or a support review, but will not include arbitrary deletion of content.
This policy protects platform stability and ensures quality for all users. (New)
You agree not to upload, store, or transmit:
Illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Material that violates intellectual property rights
Sexual content involving minors
Hate speech, harassment, or threats
Malware or malware-related content
Content intended to defraud or mislead recipients
FvrBox™ may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
The FvrBox™ platform, brand, interface, and technology are owned by FvrBox™ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not:
Copy or reproduce the platform
Reverse-engineer our technology
Use our trademarks without permission
FvrBox™ strives for continuous service but cannot guarantee:
Uninterrupted availability
Error-free performance
Perfect long-term preservation
Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily limit access.
FvrBox™ may maintain your account after your passing so designated recipients can access shared content. This is a courtesy service and may evolve over time.
You may delete your account at any time.
FvrBox™ may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or threats to platform integrity.
Upon termination, FvrBox™ may delete associated content.
To the max extent allowed by law:
FvrBox™ is not liable for data loss, delays, errors, or unauthorized access
FvrBox™ is not liable for disputes between users and recipients
Your use of FvrBox™ is at your own risk (reinforces existing clauses)
You agree to indemnify and hold FvrBox™ harmless from claims related to:
Your content
Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
FvrBox™ may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes must be resolved in Florida courts.
